We are the seasons! When we consciously live in a way that honors our connection to the cycles of each season, we naturally support our own health. Just as Spring represents a time of cleansing, renewal, and abundance, our body is also seeking those things. Our beautiful blooming Mother Earth in Spring is asking us to take notice and to follow her way. The cold dry lifeless earth is suddenly abundant with new life everywhere. We are being called from the dormant nature of winter that adds to our sluggishness, low mood, slow digestion etc., and being asked to shed off the layers we've gathered during winter, in order to find that new life within us.
